Fight stress early

Being dehydrated can cause an increase in cortisol levels – that’s the stress hormone. And you know how hard it is to combat stress once it starts. It feels like a train that’s gone off the tracks. So fight it early in the morning by drinking water, bringing those cortisol levels down, and getting stress under control before sending that first email.
