Do you wake up with stiff joints? That’s normal, seeing as you’ve been mostly still during the night, not using your body, and not naturally lubricating your joints by moving them. Water helps lubricate and cushion joints and can alleviate some of that stiffness you feel when you first wake up, which in turn can help with your morning exercise.
