1. Cruella de Vil
Self-taught makeup artist @beatsbydeb has posted a slew of various Halloween looks for her almost 600,000 Instagram followers to eat up over the past couple of weeks. One of them included this luxe take on arguably Disney’s most fashionable villains, Cruella de Vil. Paying tribute to the character’s “101 Dalmatians” roots, the makeup artist did a stunning black and white polka dot print cut-crease on her eyes.
Elvira
Makeup artist @naezrahlooks started her celebration of spooky season at the top of the month by posting this “modernized” Black-girl friendly version of Elvira, and aced as the ultimate “Mistress of the Dark.”
3. Michiko Malandro
This Twitter user dressed up as Michiko from the 2008 cult-classic adventure series “Michiko & Hatchin” for all the anime queens out there. As you can see from the side-by-side of her cosplay next to the character, she did her thing!
4. Saucy Santana
This 26-year-old has gone viral due to her on-point channeling of musician and Yung Miami’s close friend, Saucy Santana.
“First of all… I love me some @the1saucysantana,” the recreator posted on her Instagram. “So me going as him for Halloween was a no brainer. He is everythinggggg! His humor, his personality, his confidence is TOP TIER. Love, love him! 💗💗”
6. Mrs. Incredible aka Elastigirl
This one was absolutely top tier!
This cosplayer seemingly dressed up as a fictional character for every day in October, from the looks of her Instagram account. That said, she really did Mrs. Impossible’s curvy physique justice with this one.
7. Tinkerbell
Celebrity photographer Ally Green’s Tinkerbell costume was giving grown and sexy this year.
10. The Derrick Jaxn Confession video
This was one of the funniest couple’s costumes we saw this year. Not only did the two get the gestures and clothing on point, but they also reminded us about all the nonsense and drama that came with Derrick’s shenanigans earlier this year.
