Shaquille O’Neal, 48, revealed on his podcast that he popped his voting cherry in the presidential election, saying, “I voted for the first time, and it feels good.” He cast an absentee ballot in the race for the White House, and when asked about who he was voting for, Shaq would later say that he wasn’t publicly endorsing anybody. Either way though, he wanted to practice what he preaches.
“You know I always like being honest on my podcast. I’ve never voted before, America,” he said. “But now I’m doing all these voting campaigns, and you know one thing I never like to do is be a hypocrite.”
