Brandy
Before she was even old enough to drive, singer/actress Brandy was already an idol to a throng of young girls, courtesy of her melodic voice, girl-next-door-charm and hit ’90s TV show Moesha.
Brandy married in her early twenties, but has remained mostly single since that union ended several years ago. She hasn’t let that stop her from pushing forward in her career, as she is now a regular on the FOX hit series Star. The media and many of Brandy’s fans may want her to live out the fairy-tale and get married again, but she’s perfectly happy being single and doing her own thing.
In 2016, Brandy broke down her relationship expectations, so that there would be no confusion:
“I’m so satisfied being…being by myself. I love it. I’ve never taken this much time on myself. I don’t date. I haven’t been on a date in like a year. I just like me right now. I just like the way it feels being by myself and taking care of my daughter and just doing my thing. I’m all about my career right now. I don’t. I don’t want to go down that [marriage] road… I know I don’t want to.”
