The ever-funny Tiffany Haddish had a meteoric rise to stardom after her scene-stealing performance in the 2017 hit film Girls Trip, Naturally, with fame comes the constant and intrusive examination into your personal life, and Haddish finding herself continuously fielding questions about her single status and dating life.

Previously married, Haddish opted to refocus her energy on her career after her divorce instead of dating–and the results have certainly paid off. She’s at the top of her game and she doesn’t need to be apart of a couple to enjoy her success.

Nevertheless, Haddish has hilariously described what she’s looking for in a mate and her readiness to venture outside of singlehood:
