Tanay Hudson
Tanay Hudson is a Queens, NY native who has been writing since 2014. This proud HBCU graduate doubles as a journalist and a psychotherapist. Before becoming a staff writer for MadamaNoire (MN) in 2021, she was the brand’s weekend editor for four years. Throughout her time at MN, she’s covered music, reality television, entertainment, mental health, and lifestyle-related topics. Tanay’s a three-degree mami holding a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Norfolk State University, a Master’s of Social Work degree from New York University, and a Master’s of Journalism degree from Hofstra University. When she’s not working, she’s riding her Peloton or enjoying the sounds of Kendrick Lamar, Nas, or Mary J. Blige.
