The Jacksons
Joe and Katherine Jackson had nine children and all nine of them attained gold records under their belts. Growing up in Gary, Indiana, Joe ruled with an iron fist making sure his offsprings always put music first and his tough love and controversial ways paid off. Brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Tito, Marlon, and Michael formed The Jackson Five and started it off for the family in the mid 60’s. While Michael went on to become a global icon, sisters Latoya, Rebbie and Janet also forged their own way as solo artists.
