Williams terrorized his neighborhood as the gun-slinging, drug dealer-robbing gay thug Omar on HBO’s “The Wire.” While his scar was never addressed on the show, it added a sense of danger to his character. In real life, when he was 25 years old, Williams went out to celebrate his birthday and was nearly killed. While hanging out at a bar with some friends, they got into a fight with another group and Williams was sliced with a razor on his face and neck.
