Hollywood make-up artists are always looking for ways to conceal actors’ scars and marks but there’s one actress who would prefer to proudly show hers. Catherine Zeta-Jones has a one and a half inch scar on the front of her neck. As an infant, Zeta-Jones suffered from a viral infection that caused breathing difficulties. Doctors had to perform a tracheotomy and as a result Zeta-Jones was left with constant reminder of what saved her life. “I don’t want to hide it,” she has said. “I wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t have this scar.”
