The permanent scar on Harrison Ford’s face is so famous it has been written into some of his movies. As Indiana Jones, the scar was a result from a whip, while it was the result of an ear piercing gone wrong in Working Girl. However, the real story about the scar’s origin is slightly ironic. Ford was trying to put his seatbelt on while driving and lost control of the car, probably one of the few times a seatbelt has ever caused an accident instead of saving lives in an accident.
