I know it’s not always easy to be present in the moment, especially when we have to plan ahead when thinking about childcare, bills, meals, budgets, etc. That being said, once you’ve finished the “practical” thoughts about the future stop and come back to the moment. This can be done by taking a deep breath and re-centering yourself in the room.  Easier said than done, but just like anything, it gets easier with practice.”
