After the counting of many a ballot, the Biden-Harris ticket proved to be victorious in the 2020 presidential election. In her victory speech, decked in all white, Harris made sure to put the spotlight on Black women who are “too often overlooked, but so often prove that they are the backbone of our democracy.”
