As the story went, per reports, singer Mashonda was shocked when Swizz Beatz carried on a relationship with Alicia Keys while they were still married. They had been married for four years and had one son together when the famed producer ended their marriage in 2008 and moved on with Keys. Mashonda claimed she asked Keys to “step back and let me handle my family issues” while they were still working on their marriage, to no avail.
