I sincerely hope Virginia walks away from Erik on decision day. I’m not certain that she will because these two claim to love one another. But the thing is, she’s not ready to change some of her more single ways. And at 20-something, I think that’s fine. More than that, Erik is not the type of husband to be flexible with her freedom. He always says she can do what she wants. Of course she can—but her doing what she wants will ultimately cause conflicts in their marriage. And that’s where the problems lie. Also, it’s clear that Virginia doesn’t trust Erik. She doesn’t trust his word, doesn’t entirely trust him with her feelings etc. They might stay together on decision day but I don’t see it for these two long term.
