Haley didn’t even confront Jacob about leaving early because it’s finished. These two are not accountable to one another. And while she might have pretended just because, Jacob is not about that life. He doesn’t see them as a unit. And I think that’s the whole point of the show. If you don’t feel it, can’t see it, then you might as well throw the towel in. Haley claims that she and Jacob were in a good place on the days following up to decision but good for them is just simply cordial. And that’s not enough.
