There is no room for advancement
Few employees want to remain stagnant. However, there are many companies that, for one reason or another, don’t offer much room for growth or advancement. Additionally, sometimes you’ve advanced as far as you can with a particular organization. In these instances, there’s nothing wrong with pursuing bigger opportunities elsewhere.
