Our bodies are in shock. We may not necessarily realize it, but it’s true. When life was bustling, perhaps you had all the motivation you needed to reach extreme weight loss goals. But, right now, perhaps the focus should be on listening to your body and being gentle with yourself. That doesn’t mean continuing truly unhealthy habits.
