She’s a successful homeowner and dog lover looking to overcome trust issues to have a happy and healthy marriage. As for Jacob, at two years shy of 40, he’s sick and tired of the dating scene and is ready to settle down and have kids. They both believe that the experts matching them and then aiding them in getting through those eight weeks of marriage will help them to make it last for the long haul.

And lastly there’s Virginia (26) and Erik (34). Virginia admits she’s struggled with self-sabotaging relationships as she hasn’t been in some of the best ones, but she believes that she’s grown up enough to succeed in a marriage. As for Erik, he’s not interested in dating. He’s been married before and after that experience, knows what he wants and needs in a second wife. After success in just about every other aspect of life, he is ready to settle down.
