Turn down the heat
We did a bit of our own research for more tips on cleaning your workout clothes. It’s important to know that heat makes odors smell worse, which can cause a problem for already stinky workout clothes. This is particularly true for elastic (which is in most exercise garments), so stick to cold water, and air dry your exercise clothing when possible.
