Madonna first emerged onto the music scene back in the early 80’s. After a failed marriage to actor Sean Penn and various relationships and flings with celebrities, including Dennis Rodman, the “Like A Virgin” singer thought she found love with British director Guy Ritchie. The couple tied the knot just a few months after Madonna gave birth to their son in 2000. Unfortunately, happily ever after for the couple meant eight years. Madonna filed for divorce citing “unreasonable behavior” and had to cough up a sizable amount from her estimated $500 million bank account. Ritchie reportedly walked away with a fifth of Madonna’s money in cold, hard cash.
