This industry has us spinning our heads and wondering what really works. For example, what is the likelihood that skin products can supplement our health needs without hindering our life cycles? One way to figure out is by reading about natural foods that cultivate every part of the body. Citrus, nuts, and tea are just some of the eight daily sources that promote flawless skin on the list we’ve compiled below. Check it out!
1. Green tea, black tea, or unsweetened tea –A perfect antioxidant source that improves the immune system and replenishes bacteria in the body. Case studies have shown that the low cholesterol has lowered cancer rates and heart attacks.
Risks: Consuming a lot of sugar in your tea can lead to bad skin or health-related problems overtime. High sugar levels can sap nourishment from the cells in your body and can lead to many life-altering cases including diabetes.
2. Unsalted nuts and seeds – Good sources of protein that promote a quick boost to your day! Nuts and seeds are good for the skin and body because they drive protein, zinc, and iron – an unlikely sort in foods which keep us full for hours. Coupling that with other nutritious foods can make a huge difference!

6. Natural fruits – Pomegranate, papaya, strawberries, and citrus fruits offer amazing skin care and health benefits. 8. Purified water – Just as plants require water to grow, we need water to survive. It plays an integral part of our body intake because our composition says that water is our fuel matter. So of course, water will enhance facial complexions and act as a remedy for long-lasting skin. It strengthens the body during exercises, replenishes the body of toxic waste, and keeps the heart, body, and mind strong. An all-around advantage!
