While production staff did drop the ball and ran late in picking up guest Jillian, when Iyanla tried to address her about it, the energy was off between them both. Terribly off. Jillian wanted an apology for the unprofessionalism and Iyanla just wanted her to fix her attitude. While the guest had a reason to be very much annoyed after having her time messed with by production, she clearly wasn’t interested in getting over it to move on to do the work, and neither was her husband. With that in mind, Iyanla decided to shut down filming. It was a complete and total mess.
