While not many dietary factors have been linked to breast cancer, according to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, some studies have found a link between regular consumption of fruits and vegetables and a decreased risk of developing some forms of breast cancer. Further, as WebMD points out, consumption of produce is believed to protect against some of “the most aggressive forms of tumors.”
