“When I tell you I was like, ‘Oh, you want to say happy birthday publicly but not privately?’ Is that the problem because that’s been the problem,” she said of her sister’s birthday surprise. “We haven’t had no personal time one-on-one because I’m trying to figure out what the hell, why the f–k and all of that.
