Why can’t all police behave like the one did last night?

In their search for Tiffany, Issa, Molly, Kelli, and Derek get on the city bus. While there, Kelli meets a weird White, gay man who unnecessarily tells Kelli that his inner Black woman looks a lot like her. In this moment, when they’re trying to find their friend, Kelli is not here for it. And she tells the man so.

Later, they realize Tiffany’s checked into the Sheraton just as the bus is passing the hotel. Kelli argues with the bus driver to stop, until she finally pushes his door open button and the group hops off. The same White man who was all up in Kelli’s face, calls the police on the group, instead of simply minding his business.

Thankfully, when the cops show up, they’re not trying to cause any drama. After all of incidents we’ve witnessed, in the past week alone of police going out of their way to be violent, it was a refreshing sight.
