Watermelon juice

Pure watermelon juice—so no additives—is a wonderfully refreshing and hydrating drink. Watermelon is a nice low-sugar fruit, so its juice is, too. It can have anti-inflammatory benefits, may be good for your heart, has been show to reduce muscle soreness, and is certainly more convenient to drink than chunks of watermelon are to eat.
