Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate juice is powerful stuff, and you may receive some of its benefits just by drinking a glass a day for a couple of weeks. Its loaded with antioxidants, may improve blood pressure, and fights inflammation. Like with cranberry juice, you want to go with the pure stuff that just has pomegranate juice as the ingredient, and nothing else.
