Princess Diana was traveling with boyfriend, film producer Dodi Al-Fayed, when her car crashed into a pillar in Paris on August 31, 1997 while trying to maneuver away from a group of photographers. She initially survived the crash, put passed hours later. Al-Fyed and the driver also died.
