In 2011, Lohan was arrested on domestic violence charges and when he called Major 12 hours later, he was arrested again. The father of six tried to elude cops by jumping out of his third-story window. Lohan checked himself into rehab and was ordered to undergo 120 days of treatment for his anger issues.
