Actor Mel Gibson has had a long career in Hollywood that has seen many ups and downs. His 2004 film Passion of the Christ film was deemed as anti-Semitic by many. Although the film was a blockbuster hit, Gibson had a hard time getting much of Hollywood’s movers and shakers to return a call. To make matters worse, Gibson’s wife of 26 years filed for divorce soon after pictures surfaced of the Braveheart star embracing another woman. Gibson was soon publicly dating a very pregnant Russian pianist. But even that relationship wouldn’t last. Oksana became the target of Gibson’s venom, physically hurting her and threatening her over the phone. In a leaked voicemail, Gibson said among many other things that if Oksana was “raped by a pack of [N-word], it would be her fault.” Gibson has apologized for his actions and pleaded no contest to domestic violence charges.
