Be positively contagious. It is safe to state that positive individuals are contagious. When they enter the room, it is beautiful to see how the energy and the overall vibe changes because of their presence. In most cases, these positively-contagious individuals- whether it’s your direct supervisor, colleague or senior manager-help to create an atmosphere where people are enthusiastic about work and change. It is recommended that you try your best to be positively contagious and help to encourage and inspire others, especially younger workers who may look up to you.
