Be a Positive Change Agent At Your Job

Understand your purpose. Before you can become a positive change agent, it is imperative to understand your purpose at the job. Of course, we work hard and smart to receive compensation and to support ourselves and/or our families. But, I believe that we are not at our jobs by accident- we are also present to help the business to progress through our collective efforts and talents. When we realize that our individual effort and talent is important, it helps us to build a positive outlook relative to our jobs and to accept the inevitable changes.
