From one Soul Food character to the next…this movie was filled with some great characters. The next one being Ahmad, the young 11-year-old that is definitely mature beyond his years. He loved his family so much that he lied to them just to get them all together for Sunday dinner. Also, he got good grades in school and stayed out of trouble. In the end, he just wanted his family to love each other. Wouldn’t life be so easy if all pre teen boys were like this? Okay, it’s not that simple, but he would still be great son to have as your own.
