In 2010, the “Disco Stick” singer told London’s Daily Mail that she was on a self-imposed sex ban and encouraged her fans to do the same. Prompted by the statistical rise of HIV in women, Gaga said “I’m single right now and I’ve chosen to be single because I don’t have the time to get to know anybody. So it’s OK not to have sex, it’s OK to get to know people. I’m celibate, celibacy’s fine. It’s OK to be whomever it is that you want to be,” she said. So don’t get it twisted! She might run around nearly buck naked and ditch pants for underwear and stockings on streets, but Mama Monster, last time she was asked at least, doesn’t get down like that. At least for now.
