Erik and Virginia

I like Erik and Virginia as a couple. They’re just different enough to balance one another out. But right now they’re on their honeymoon. I don’t know if Virginia’s drinking habits follow her outside of celebratory situations and into real life or this is her in certain environments. Erik can keep up with her here but it will be interesting to see how they both behave in the real world and if their chemistry holds ups.

They had a bit of an interesting discussion about male friends in the pool. Erik was very passionate and probably did a bit too much communicating it. But unless Virginia has a guy bestie, who’s always around, it might not be that big of a deal.

What I didn’t like is that these two seem to be in some type of competition with the other couples to see whose relationship is progressing the fastest and the farthest. First of all, it’s not a game show. And if it were, they would not be winning.
