At dinner, Paige asked Chris the right questions. Does he still have feelings? Does the ex think they’ll get back together? Chris said “it doesn’t matter,” which wouldn’t have been enough for me. But when Chris said as his wife he’d put her first, she was here for it. Although his actions have already proven he’s incapable.
But God is very important to Paige and she keeps seeing His hand in situations where He just might be pointing to the exit.
