Those were the words Brett said to Olivia. And all I could think was what the entire f*ck?! If he felt that way that there was stagnation in the marriage and the relationship wasn’t progressing, why didn’t he say any of this before disappearing? He used her trip to visit her mother as an escape. And it was a pretty terrible thing to do.
