Read menus before you go
This is a simple thing you can do to limit how much you touch when you’re at a restaurant. And remember that hundreds of others touch the physical menus, turning them over, scanning them, and running their hands over them. You don’t want to touch those. Look up the restaurant’s menu online before you go, and pick out what you want in advance.
