Know that it’s very common for widows to wind up in a new relationship with somebody who was already in their circle. Perhaps a friend or distant relative of the deceased parent. Or a neighbor. Or an old friend of her own who has always been around. After a certain age, many people like to stick to the people they know rather than go on dating sites.
