Maybe you have options, like you can take the 1pm, 2pm, or 3pm lecture. Or, it’s all pre-recorded, and you can watch it any time you want. You’ll need to develop self-discipline here. Choose the lecture you’ll attend. Or choose a time you will watch the recorded one. And don’t stray from that. Don’t skip it because something fun comes up. Treat this like a real appointment, with somebody who is depending on you to show up.
