How are you trying to improve, right now?
We all have things we can improve on. It’s important to see that A) This man knows he isn’t perfect and does have things he’d like to improve (otherwise he’s a narcissist) and B) To learn what traits he’d personally like to have. Is he trying to work on being more patient and understanding? Or is he working on something like, investing in higher interest stocks? The latter says little about personal reflection.
