What is a personality trait you can’t stand?
Just about everybody can answer this question rather quickly, and rather in depth. While it may seem negative, it’s actually just the flip side of a positive question. When someone tells you which personality flaw really bothers them, it actually tells you what opposite trait is very important to them. But people tend to answer, “What personality trait drives you nuts?” more thoroughly than, “What personality traits do you value?”
