Why She Says She Didn’t “Waste” 10 Years

“It wasn’t all bad. Cam and I had nine years of a fun relationship,” she said. “Cam is a good guy, a great father, and I fell in love with Cameron, not Cam’ron. Cam used to fly in, bring me flowers to work. I would be on the phone with him thinking he’s in New York, he’s at my office to take me out to lunch. I knew he had it in him to make our relationship work because I knew what he was capable of doing. So when he stopped doing that, I just felt like we were growing apart and we were growing in different directions, and that’s ok. I also feel he’s a good man, a great father, a great son, a great businessman. I learned a lot, a lot of things from Cam. People say online, ‘Oh, he wasted 10 years of her life.’ No he didn’t. It was a learning experience, and this was a man that I really learned a lot from and thought I was going to marry. It didn’t work out but it’s never a waste of time, ever. He’s a good man and I wish him the best.”
