Nothing says food p-rn quite like an enticing smoothie bowl.  If you’re not convinced, just peruse through the hundreds and thousands of eye-catching pics that lovers of the latest healthy food craze have shared on Instagram.

Vegan-friendly, smoothie bowls are chock-full of healthy ingredients and topped with items like chia seeds, almonds and other nuts for healthy fat, coconut flakes, and colorful, fresh, dried or pureed fruit like kiwi, strawberries, mangos, cranberries, and dragon fruit.  Cruciferous veggies go in smoothie bowls as well, especially blended or pureed kale and spinach.  You can even throw in some cacao nibs or drizzle some chocolate syrup atop your smoothie bowl masterpiece.

If you’ve seen pictures of smoothie bowls or had one yourself, you know that the ingredients placed on top of them are supremely orderly.  Smoothie bowls, which you can enjoy any time of day or night, are veritable works of art in and of themselves.  Here are but a few of our faves that we spotted on the ‘gram.
