Most celebrities are too embarrassed to admit they’ve mismanaged their money and would shy away from discussing their finances. But Sinbad had no problems opening up about how he lost his money. Last year the “Houseguest” star filed for bankruptcy citing $11 million in debt with more than $8 million of it from back taxes owed. While other celebs balled out of control at the shopping malls, Sinbad blamed his lack of money on something else. “I didn’t buy Bentleys,” he said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey. “I didn’t live large. I invested in me. I invested in a lot of other people. I would not change it; I would not go back.”
