Twenty-seven year old Shia LaBeouf has had his fair share of legal problems since reaching adulthood. In 2005 he was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon after an altercation with a neighbor. In 2007 he was arrested again for refusing to leave a Walgreens, and in 2008 he was cited on suspicion of drunk driving after officers smelt alcohol on his breath following a car accident. LaBeouf has been relatively quiet lately (as far as legal drama goes), though he has been involved in a couple bar brawls in recent years.
