Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s daughter, Princess Lilibet, just turned four and to celebrate the occasion, Markle shared a glimpse of a behind-the-scenes moment of the day she was born.

In a video posted to Instagram, Markle, 43, shared a glimpse into how she used dancing to induce labor with her daughter, as she was seen dancing to Starrkka’s viral hit “The Baby Mama Dance.”

Markle wasn’t alone in showing off her hospital dance moves, as Prince Harry also joined in as the two had a little fun while waiting for Princess Lilibet to be born.

“Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do! 😂,” Markle captioned her daughter’s birthday tribute post.

The former Royal couple are also parents to six-year-old son, Prince Archie.

In his 2023 controversial memoir Spare, Prince Harry recalled the anxiety-inducing moments waiting for his daughter to be born.

“I went and stood beside the doctor,” he began. “We both crouched. As if about to pray. The doctor called out: The head is crowning. Crowning, I thought. Incredible. The skin was blue. I worried the baby wasn’t getting enough air. Is she choking? I looked at Meg. One more push, my love! We’re so close.”

”A scream, then a moment of pure liquid silence…There was only this intense present, and then the doctor turned to me and shouted: Now!” Prince Harry wrote. “Gently, but firmly, as I’d seen in films, I pulled our precious daughter from that world into this.”
