Highlighters are shimmery pressed pigments that glitter in champagne, gold, or rose gold. As a recommendation, we suggest shying away silver-toned highlighters if you’re not comfortable playing around with makeup — as cool-toned shimmers can often appear ashy or out of place on darker skin when it’s not applied correctly.
