What are Molly’s boundaries really about?

I’m truly confused about this whole boundaries discussion. Does Molly not want Issa and Andrew to interact with one another at all? Does Molly feel like Issa involving Andrew in a business venture will somehow come back to bite her in the butt? Maybe the latter. But truth be told, without Issa and Nathan meeting by chance, Molly would have never met Andrew. So it would be ridiculous for her to law claim on him as if she were the one who introduced him to the group.

Furthermore, in my eyes Issa respected Molly’s wishes. She didn’t involve her relationship with Andrew to get what she needed. She asked Nathan. Issa and Nathan have a relationship exclusive of Molly. Nathan and Andrew have a relationship exclusive of Molly. And at the end of the day, all Andrew had to do was send an email.
